Seneca View — The Golden Corridor

Seneca View sits in one of the most walkable pockets of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Two Goats Brewing is just steps away — about 150 feet from the Bungalow and about 250 feet from the Villa — with a lawn route that lets guests get there without walking or driving along Route 414.

From Two Goats, continue along the path for an easy, flat four-minute walk to Atwater Vineyards, less than a tenth of a mile away. Chateau LaFayette Reneau is also within easy walking distance, about seven minutes away at roughly 0.3 miles.

That combination of panoramic lake views, privacy, and genuinely easy access to wineries and breweries on foot is what makes the Seneca View location so unique.

Seneca Lake Access — Smith Memorial Park

Seneca Lake Access offers a rare combination of privacy and convenience: 2.8 private acres, yet the driveway is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to Smith Memorial Park.

From there, it is a short walk to the swimming beach on Seneca Lake — closer than even some of the park’s more distant campsites.

It gives guests the feel of a private retreat while keeping the lake within easy walking distance.
